All of our Rooms at Sivalai Place are clean and modern with high quality hard and soft furnishings.

All our Studio rooms include the following facilities:

Bedroom	Queen size bed (Double), bedside drawers, dresser, stool & closets
Bathroom	Shower panels features six massage jets along with hot water & other essential vanities
Living area	Sofa, coffee table & 32” LCD flat screen TV with satellite cable channels Dining area: Dining table & chairs Kitchen area: Microwave, electric stove, kitchen exhaust hood, refrigerator & kitchen cabinets

**Each additional Bedroom has a separate built in air-conditioner

Terms & Conditions:

Rates are quoted in Thai Baht.
A deposit of 10% for all nights must be paid at least 1 day in advance through online booking.
Check-in is from 12.00hr. Check-out time is 11.00hr. For a guaranteed late check-out (by 6.00pm); clients should inform Sivalai Place additional charged at 50%. Room rate show are calculated per room/ night. We can only guarantee a room until noon (12.00hr.).
The security/key cards deposit shall be return in full following on check-out day; once the room's inventory has been verified and it has been confirmed that no damage has occurred to the apartment, all keys have been returned, and there are no excess mini bar, utilities including phone charges.
Any unauthorized increase in the number of guests over the number you originally reserved the room will be automatically charged the full occupancy of 500baht per guest / night during the entire stay.
Our Ozone Swimming Pool and Fitness Center are made available to our guest’s free charge as our complimentary service.
Smoking is not permit in the apartments. However, smoking is allowed outside the building in the open areas.
The office hours are from 09.00hr to 21.00hr, Mon throughout Sun.
